What are the delivery charges for orders made from the Online Shop?

If you live outside Colombia, we will process your payment via Paypal. You will be in charge of paying the shipping expenses and taxes according to your country’s laws.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

If you live outside Colombia, we will process your payment via Paypal. You may pay with a credit or debit card. For orders inside Colombia, we will process your payment via PayU through PSE. You can also pay once your order is delivered.

How long will delivery take?

Every international order will take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Orders inside Colombia will take 2-3 days to be delivered.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your shopping is supported by international platforms like Paypal and PayU. Your data is protected.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is placed, we will let you know as soon as your bag is shipped. You will have access to an national or international tracking ID to check your order’s status.
